Developing a FAQ Page for IR Office
Web Site
Our IR office is developing a FAQ page for our Web site, the purpose of which is
to help guide visitors to data that meets their needs. We are searching for techniques
that your office may be using to direct visitors to the right data. Specifically,
we want to know how you determine what categories are being
used on your FAQ pages, the number of levels, and the process you use for making
such determinations. If you have any models or suggestions you could share with
us, we would appreciate it.
